We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that bespoke orders and opened fragrances are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box and pack it securely within a secondary shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Transit

  Use the provided pre-paid insured shipping label to drop off your package at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
